  Liverpool stunned The Blues wil a shocking goal at beginning of the match. Martin Skrtel shot from very close range to put The Reds ahead at 3rd minute.
  At 17th minute, Eden Hazard found Oscar's brilliant pass before he curled a powerful shot from outside the box area. Hazard's right footed shot past the helpless Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet and went into the top right corner. After the match, Eden Hazard was named as Man of The Match.

  Cardiff City sacks manager Malky Mackay on the next day following their Boxing Day 3-0 home defeat to Southampton.
  The club is the sixth club who departed with their team managers in EPL 2013/14. Currently Cardiff is at 16th place in EPL Table with only one point above the relegation zone.
  Malcolm George Mackay had been Appointed as Cardiff City coach since June 2011. He helped Cardiff to seal the Championship title in season 2012/13 and lead the Welsh football club to promotion to the Premier League.
  During season of EPL 2013/14, he was having power struggle with the club owner regarding recruitments, transfer budgets and club's performances. Mackay departed with Cardiff City after a meeting with the club directors on 27/Dec/13.

  Manchester United came back from behind to beat Hull 3-2 at KC Stadium.
  Former United trainee James Chester scored at both nets, included Hull's opening goal at 4th minute and United's winning goal at 66th minute. Wayne Rooney assisted Chris Smalling's header at 19th minute before he scored the crucial equalizer from outside the box area.
  United winger Antonio Valencia was sent off during stoppage time after getting his second yellow cards.

  Manchester City managed to maintained their perfect home winning record after beaten Liverpool 2-1 at Etihad Stadium.
  Philippe Coutinho put Liverpool ahead at 24th minute, with a great finished from a difficult angle, assisted by Raheem Sterling and setup by Luis Suárez. Seven minutes later, City Captain Vincent Kompany headed in the host's equalizer, assisted by superb midfielder David Silva following a cross from the corner.
  Just before half time was ended, Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet failed to stop Álvaro Negredo's powerful shot and sealed the final results as 2-1.

  Newcastle crushed Stoke City 5-1 in the dramatic match involved two penalties and two red cards.
  Stoke scored the opening goal at 29th minute by midfielder Oussama Assaidi while Newcastle French striker Loïc Remy missed to score the first penalty at 43rd minute. The Toons made a remarkable came back to beat the nine-men Stoke 5-1, with Loïc Remy struck twice.

  The three teams located at bottom of EPL Table originally, earned away victory against their opponents. Crystal Palace, Fulham and Sunderland get full three points after today's matches respectively.

Tottenham Appointed Tim Sherwood as Head Coach

  Tottenham Hotspur Football Club official appointed Tim Sherwood as Head Coach, to replace the departed André Villas-Boas. The formal Spurs midfielder has signed a new contract with Spurs until the end of season EPL 2014/15.
  A statement in the North London club website reads: "We were extremely reluctant to make a change mid-season, but felt we had to do so in the Club's best interests." "We believe Tim has both the knowledge and the drive to take the squad forward."
  Tim Sherwood joined the Tottenham coaching staff since October 2008. On 16/Dec/13, Spurs announced the termination of AVB, and appointed technical co-ordinator Tim Sherwood as interim manager.
  Sherwood lost his first match when West Ham knocked out Spurs in Capital One Cup 2013-14 Quarter Finals. He managed to grab his first win in 2-3 Premier League away victory against Southampton.
  Two days after the remarkable victory, Tottenham promoted Sherwood as full-time head coach.

  Arsenal and Chelsea shared one point in the latest London derby at the Emirates Stadium. Their goalless draw helped Liverpool to remained at top of EPL Table during Christmas. Arsenal is now level on points with The Reds, but Gunners staying at second place on goal difference. The defensive Chelsea moved up to fourth in the table with only two points behind the leaders.

  Luis Suárez once again scored twice and assisted once as Liverpool defeated Cardiff 3-1 at Anfield. The league top scorer has now take his tally to 19 Premier League goals of the campaign. Liverpool has climbed to top of EPL Table for at least 48 hours, before the match of Arsenal vs Chelsea kick off on 23/Dec.

  Manchester City beaten Fulham 4-2 in away match and moved up to second place in EPL Table before the Arsenal playing against Chelsea during weekday. Captain Vincent Kompany scored two goals, included one embarras own goal which brought Fulham level at 2-2 at 68th minute.
  Substitutes Jesús Navas and James Milner struck two late goals to seal the 4-2 victory for Manchester City.

  Manchester United hammered West Ham 3-1 at Old Trafford with Wayne Rooney assisted twice.
  Danny Welbeck was departed during early of second half after an injury. He has scored United's first goal and assisted Adnan Januzaj in scoring the host's second goal.   The Uruguay international just penned a long-term contract with Liverpool one day ago, to end the speculation that he will be leaving the club. Suárez has signed a new four-and-a-half-year contract with Liverpool, will earn club record-breaking wages around £200,000 per week.
  The Reds started brightly and took the lead after 25 minutes. Jordan Henderson as the creator of the goal, picked out Suárez with a chipped pass. Suárez expertly volleyed and shot the inviting cross into the bottom left corner past Cardiff keeper David Marshall.
  At 42nd minute, Jordan Henderson sent a superb through-ball and brought Suárez racing clear on goal at the front. With only goalkeeper to beat, the Uruguay striker unselfishly passed the ball to Raheem Sterling to slot home from the centre of the box.
  Three minutes later, Suárez scored Liverpool's third goal, assisted by Jordan Henderson once again. Henderson's smart back-heel pass found the superb striker on the edge of the box, and Suárez curled his shot into the bottom right corner from outside the box.
  Cardiff City showed better fighting spirits with an impressive second half performance. At 58th minute, Jordon Mutch headed in a consolation goal for the host , assisted by Peter Whittingham.
  Luis Suárez almost claimed a hat-trick during stoppage time. He latched onto Raheem Sterling's pass and shot from the left side of the box. However David Marshall made a good save to keep out his left-footed shot.
  Another match focus surrounded showdown between Cardiff owner Vincent Tan and manager Malky Mackay. The incidents came after Vincent sent Mackay a letter instructing him to quit or face the sack. Would Cardiff's 3-1 defeat at Liverpool made Mackay the sixth manager to be sacked in this season?

  Winger Ashley Young scored a second half goal and assisted Patrice Evra's goal to seal the victory for Manchester United.

  Tottenham Hotspur Football Club officially announced the termination of their Head Coach, André Villas-Boas's services.
  A statement on the Tottenham website read: "That agreement has been reached with Head Coach, André Villas-Boas, for the termination of his services. The decision was by mutual consent and in the interests of all parties."
  André Villas-Boas had been named Tottenham Hotspur head coach since July 2012, replacing Harry Redknapp and signing a three-year contract. AVB was awarded the Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month twice during EPL 2012/13 season, in December 2012 and February 2013. He brought Tottenham to fifth position in the end of EPL 2012/13 season.
  In the beginning of EPL 2013/14, Spurs has loss in five leagues matches and conceded 21 goals. The North London club has earned 27 points and lying at seventh place in EPL Table.
  The club suffered a series of disappointing league results included a 6-0 away defeat to Manchester City and recent harrowing 5-0 home defeat to Liverpool.
  Despite Spurs achieved excellent results by winning all six of their Europa League 2013/14 group matches, the club still decide to terminate AVB's services following the weekend defeat to Liverpool.
  Tottenham's technical co-ordinator Tim Sherwood will be placed in caretaker charge for the club.

  Suárez created a new record, since he has scored 11 goals in five appearances against Norwich.

  Fulham Football Club have sacked manager Martin Jol, following their 3-0 defeat to West Ham United one day ago. Head coach René Meulensteen will replaces him taking over First Team duties with immediate effect.
  Martin Jol joined Fulham as manager in June 2011, after Mark Hughes' departure. In his first season at Craven Cottage, Jol guided Fulham to remarkable ninth-placed finish in EPL 2011/12.
  Unfortunately in the latest season of EPL 2013/14, Fulham only managed to get 10 points after played thirteen league matches and remained at relegation zone for weeks.
  The Cottagers finally sacked manager Martin Jol and end his 2 years 5 months services at Craven Cottage, after five consecutive league defeats.
  The Cottagers has assigned the former Manchester United assistant manager René Meulensteen immediately taking over Fulham First Team responsibilities, following Jol's departure. Meulensteen departed from United during June 2013, after incoming manager David Moyes decided to bring in his own coaching team.
